Absolutely, our level 1 classes are tailored to help anyone start their pole dancing journey with confidence.

Do I need a fitness background?

No prior fitness experience is required. Our classes cater to all levels to improve fitness and well-being. Our level 1 class is suitable for all fitness levels, regardless of strength or fitness level.

What should I bring to class?

Just bring your water bottle and a positive attitude! We provide the rest, including a supportive environment.

 

It is recommended you wear comfy shorts to grip the pole securely with your legs.
